This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) provides information about how Fascoz collects, uses, processes, stores, archives and transfers information/data (used interchangeably hereafter) from you, through your use of the website www.fascoz.com (“Website”). By accessing the Website and using the services provided by the Website Provider through the Website (the “Service”), you agree to the terms of this Policy and hereby consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as provided herein. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not access the Website and use the Services. Where the provider of information including personal information, resides in India, this Policy (i) will be considered to be an electronic record under the Indian data privacy laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended from time to time) read with applicable rules and regulations made thereunder and (ii) will not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

Scope

This Policy covers only data collected through the Website and does not cover any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of other mobile applications or web pages that are linked to the Website or data that is collected offline or through web sites, products, or services offered or belonging to third parties. We may also receive and collect information that you chose to upload, sync, or import from the device on which the Website is being used.
  • Personal Profile: You may send or upload your personal profile, and CV, with all your personal, academic, and professional background however you agree that you shall not upload or post any obscene, defamatory, or annoying material on the Website.

You may receive email or other forms of communications from such partners and affiliates of Fascoz, including programs, other events or projects, products, or services of such partners or affiliates.
    We may send you Services and administrative emails and messages. We may also contact you to inform you about changes in our Services or offerings, and important notices, such as security and fraud notices. These emails and messages are considered part of the Services and you may not opt out of them. In addition, we sometimes send emails about new product features or other news about us.

3. Individual rights :
